The Earth is responding to the presence of Kryptonians. Sam Lane has recruited Lex Luthor to help unlock the secrets held by Brainiac, while Doomsday is once more unleashed against Superman. This meeting goes a little better than their first encounter, though; Superman has a bit of backup available.
